Do you only maintain WordPress?

No. WordPress is the most common request, but we also maintain custom PHP and MySQL sites, including applications that use vanilla JavaScript on the front end.

What if the site goes down?

Maintenance includes keeping an eye on availability and investigating errors. Hosting outages still depend on the host, but we help identify whether the problem is the server, a plugin, a failed update or something in the application.
